Discover the technology architects choose

Thoughtful construction, natural materials and precise details make Hyta a confident choice. Every element combines durability and aesthetics into a home that lasts for years.

Solid structure

Certified C24 timber, precise joints and quality control at every production stage ensure stability and durability for decades.

Factory prefabrication

All elements are made in controlled factory conditions, guaranteeing repeatable quality and precision impossible to achieve on site.

Energy-efficient systems

As standard in every home: heat-recovery ventilation up to 93%, a heat pump and integrated photovoltaics. Lower bills and a smaller carbon footprint.

Technology that gives peace of mind for years

Hyta combines engineering precision with natural materials. Our solutions are discreet in form and effective in action.

Modern construction

A process designed to reduce errors, shorten on-site time and deliver a precisely built home — whatever the season.

Technology that works for you

Hyta’s building systems reduce the carbon footprint while raising comfort. They work quietly, efficiently and reliably — in harmony with architecture and the environment.

Smart cooling system

Smart cooling system

Systems must work together, so the type of cooling is matched automatically to the chosen heat source. You always get a premium-class device that keeps an ideal indoor climate and clean air all year round.
Smart cooling system

Durability for generations. Warmth every day.

A precise layer system combines excellent thermal insulation with above-average stiffness, creating a home resistant to time and changing weather.

Frequently asked questions

Does a Hyta house require a building permit?
It depends on the building footprint and the plot’s location. Most of our models have a footprint under 70 m², allowing construction by notification without a permit. Larger models require a permit. We check the requirements for your plot beforehand.
What is the lead time?
Assembly on a prepared plot usually takes 1–5 days depending on the model. The full process from signing — design, prefabrication, foundation curing, assembly and interior finishing — typically takes 3–5 months.
Can I change the interior layout?
Yes. We can adjust partition walls, room positions and areas. Our architects help arrange a space suited to your lifestyle; larger structural changes may add time and cost.
What are the heating costs?
Running costs are much lower than in traditional houses thanks to heat-recovery ventilation up to 93%, a high-efficiency heat pump and integrated photovoltaics, combined with excellent insulation and energy-efficient windows.
